The Heritage Collection launch is right around the corner! We've compiled all the important need-to-know information in one place to help answer the most frequently asked questions.

WHEN IS THE LAUNCH?

The Heritage Collection is launching on Friday, October 14th at 12pm PST / 3pm EST for our VIP Waitlist members. All remaining inventory will be available on the Glass Ladder & Co. website at 1pm PST / 4pm EST. 

HOW LONG IS THE PRE-ORDER?

The pre-order period for the Heritage Collection is 3 weeks. The pre-order launches on October 14th and we expect to begin shipping by November 4th.  

Please know we are working to fulfill orders as FAST and CAREFULLY as possible. If you provide your EMAIL at checkout, we will be sending you a weekly email update on Fridays regarding the pre-order status. Please check your spam folders and whitelist the sender: marketing@glassladderco.com to make sure you receive them. We also post frequent updates on both Instagram and our Facebook Group.

HOW DO I GET ON THE WAITLIST?

HOW CAN I BE SURE I'M ON THE WAITLIST?

We are sending out a confirmation text on Thursday 10/13. If you DO NOT RECEIVE a confirmation text, then you are not on the list. Please either attempt to re-sign up or contact our customer service team through the LIVE CHAT feature on our website or by email at support@glassladderco.com so we can make sure you are signed up properly and ready to go for launch day!

I'M ON THE WAITLIST. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Yay! If you're on the waitlist you will receive a text message (and email if provided at the sign-up process) at 12pm PST / 3pm EST with a private shopping link and your VIP discount code for launch day.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the number of people on the VIP Waitlist it can take up to 10 minutes for the link to arrive. Please be patient and do not flood our customer service line unless it has been more than 10 minutes. If you did NOT receive a confirmation text on Thursday 10/13 (the day before the launch) then you are not signed up for the early access waitlist. Please contact our customer service team with any questions or concerns.
