Megan Larsen is the founder and designer behind Glass Ladder.

With a background in fashion, marketing, and public relations, Megan set out to disrupt the handbag industry with designs that prioritize both form and function. As a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, she understands firsthand the importance of bags that are not only beautiful, but genuinely useful.
Glass Ladder is best known for its tote bags featuring built in cup holders, a feature inspired by Megan’s deep love for iced coffee and the realities of juggling a busy day.
Today, Megan continues to design new collections, develop innovative features, and share the behind the scenes journey of building the brand through Instagram and TikTok.
