North Star Collection Update
We’re so excited to officially relaunch our Preorder Report page and continue sharing progress with you as the North Star Collection moves through the final stages before shipment.
As production continues moving through the final stages, our factory has let us know that final production is taking a little longer than originally expected to ensure everything is completed smoothly and to the standard we expect for this collection. At this time, North Star preorder shipments are expected to begin in late June / early July.
We know waiting for a preorder is never easy, and we’re incredibly grateful for your continued patience and support throughout this process. As a small thank-you, 1,000 bonus loyalty points will also be added to all impacted preorder customer accounts in the coming days.
Moving forward, preorder updates will continue to be published here every Friday in addition to our regular preorder update emails, so customers can easily reference the latest information anytime. We truly cannot wait to get these bags into your hands.
