Preorders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately. However, preorder items remain eligible for return or exchange once delivered, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $75+. Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping fee. International shipping is available.

Once shipped, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Domestic (U.S.): Typically arrives within 5–7 business days

• International: Typically arrives within 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Expedited shipping options are not available for preorder items. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page and in your order confirmation email and may vary slightly.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging and contents.

Customers are responsible for arranging and purchasing return shipping.

Pre-Order Policy

A preorder allows you to reserve an item that will be produced specifically for you at a later date. Your payment method is charged at the time of purchase to secure your order. Once placed, preorders cannot be canceled or modified.

Estimated ship dates for new preorders (Batch 2) are listed on the product page. For existing preorders (Batch 1), we post weekly progress updates directly on our Preorder Report page every Friday. We will also email tracking details as soon as your individual package dispatches from our warehouse.

Named in honor of my late Gram Sandee, this piece is both a love letter and a modern re-imagining of her favorite silhouette: the timeless hobo. The Sandee balances sentiment with structure, designed for women who, like her, move through life with individuality and grace.

A structured hobo shape with a soft, silky-smooth finish, it features our signature corset-inspired ribbon detail (a subtle nod to her standout style and the confidence she carried effortlessly). Compact yet surprisingly spacious, it fits an 11" tablet, a 16 oz beverage, and still leaves room for the day’s essentials.
